Our CSA subscription with Ceo Maidin Feirm starts this week. On Thursday, Liz & I will be heading over to the Sacred Grounds Cafe to pick up our first share. In preparation, I went to the library and picked up Jesse Ziff Cool's Simply Organic: a cookbook for sustainable, seasonal and local ingredients. The book looks great, and I can't wait to start trying out some of the recipes.
This is our first time with a produce subscription - I'll keep you posted on what the experience is like!
