I'm sad to say that I was unimpressed with Ecover's Limescale Remover for bathroom & shower areas. The spray bottle instructs you to "Spray directly on the surface and let sit a few moments depending on the degree of build-up. Rinse off with water."
"Wow, Alison!" you might say. "It's ecologically friendly, takes moments to work, and there's no scrubbing involved!"
I figured it was worth a couple of bucks to give it a try. I tackled a shower stall with frosted glass doors, concentrating on the doors. At first I thought it was working, but it turned out the doors just looked better because they were wet. I gave it more than "moments", waiting a good 5-10 minutes. I tried a bit of scrubbing on some spots and rinsing on others, but neither method seemed to make a difference. If anything, the product left things very filmy - especially the chrome fixtures.
I can't see myself ever purchasing this product again.
